Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you book a tour with me, I ask for a 20% deposit upfront to secure accommodation (non-refundable). The remaining balance is due one month before travel. In the event of your cancellation after this date, I offer a 50% refund on the total cost, up to one week before the start of the tour. In the event of your cancellation in the final week prior to the tour, or a no-show, I cannot offer a refund.

In the unlikely event of a natural disaster, government restrictions or other factors beyond my control (force majeure), I reserve the right to cancel the tour. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the possibility of rebooking another tour. In the equally unlikely event of my insolvency, you will receive a full refund, as your booking is financially protected by a trust, in accordance with industry standards.

Privacy Policy

When you make a booking, I collect essential details such as your name, date of birth and contact information.

I may also ask for health-related details such as dietary requirements or accessibility needs. This information is only collected when essential and is handled with the utmost care. You may withdraw consent for me to process this data at any time.

I only share your personal data where necessary for the trip, including with my trusted suppliers (such as hotels, transport providers and activity organisers), payment providers for secure transactions and government authorities (such as border agencies) if legally required.

You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, and request deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
