About Me

I graduated with a first-class degree in Classics from Oxford in 2012 and immediately moved to Greece. I had fallen in love with the country and wanted to get to know it as deeply as possible. Since then, I have spent my time between Athens and Zagori, a mountainous region in north-west Greece, on the border of Albania. I take small groups of interested travellers to all parts of the country, and to some neighbouring countries. We see the famous historical sites as well as the hidden gems. We stay in fabulous places, eat exquisite local food and engage in local culture. I often incorporate walking and botany into my tours.

When I am not guiding, I translate modern Greek literature and write. You can find my written work here. I have been profiled by the leading Greek newspaper Kathimerini, as well as by Athens Voice and others. My book on Greek folk songs was listed by Adam Nicolson in The Week as one of his favourite books on Greece, and it was a Book of the Month for Greek News Agenda.

I have also spoken at literary festivals and worked as a guest lecturer for the Decorative Arts Trust of America.
